2 – Mountain climbers, Lunge     30s per ex/20s rest

3 – Mountain climbers, Lunge, Reverse plank     30s per ex/ 30s rest

4 – Mountain climbers, Lunge, Reverse plank, Squats     30s per ex/40s rest

5 – Mountain climbers, Lunge, Reverse plank, Squats, Upper back (band pull aparts)     30s per ex/50s rest

6 – Mountain climbers, Lunge, Reverse plank, Squats, Upper back (band pull aparts), Press ups     30s per ex/60s rest

7 – Mountain climbers, Lunge, Reverse plank, Squats, Upper back (band pull aparts)     30s per ex/50s rest

8 – Mountain climbers, Lunge, Reverse plank, Squats     30s per ex/40 rest

9 – Mountain climbers, Lunge, Reverse plank     30s per ex/ 30 rest

10 – Mountain climbers, Lunge     30s per ex/20s rest

11 – Mountain climbers     30s ex/10s rest
